Thank you for shopping with Kalmaia Home. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Kalmaia Home only ships to addresses located within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping, including shipments to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, or other countries and territories outside the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed beginning on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once an order has been shipped, the estimated transit time is typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and destination location.

Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward shipping rates for all eligible U.S. orders.

  • Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Orders between $0.00 and $99.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.00.

No additional handling fees or hidden shipping charges will be added during checkout.

Applicable shipping costs are displayed before an order is finalized.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Customers with a registered account may also view order status and tracking information within their account dashboard when available.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • International destinations
  • Overseas military addresses that cannot be serviced by our shipping network
  • Locations where carrier service is unavailable or restricted

If we are unable to deliver to a submitted address, our customer service team will contact you regarding available options.

Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to ship and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Carrier delays
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • High seasonal shipping volumes

If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.

To help us investigate the issue efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of any visible damage (if applicable)
  • A description of the issue

Our team will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Local Pickup and Local Delivery

Kalmaia Home does not currently offer:

  • In-store pickup
  • Local delivery services
  • Scheduled pickup appointments

All eligible orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided during checkout.
